Weekend Watch: May 11-13

It’s a busy weekend in and around Chapel Hill, with several spring sports in action and graduation on Sunday.

•Softball
Carolina softball is hosting the ACC Tournament at Anderson Stadium. With a win over Boston College on Thursday, the Circle Heels advanced to face Virginia Tech at 3:30 Friday, with the winner playing the winner of Georgia Tech/Florida State for the conference championship on Saturday at 4 p.m. All games are televised on ESPN, ESPN3 or Fox Sports South locally.

•Tennis
It’s a busy weekend at Cone-Kenfield, with both men’s and women’s tennis hosting NCAA regionals.

The women host Richmond Friday at 1, with the second round taking place Saturday at 3.

The men play College of Charleston Saturday at noon, and the regional final is Sunday at 1.

•Lacrosse
There’s a lot of NCAA Tournament lacrosse at Fetzer Field on Saturday. Women’s lacrosse hosts Navy at noon , and the men play Denver at 7:30 p.m.  The men’s game is on ESPNU.

•Baseball
Carolina travels to Duke with a two game lead in the Coastal Division over Virginia. Tonight’s pitching matchup pits two of the ACC’s best against each other. Carolina’s Kent Emanuel takes on Duke’s Marcus Stroman. Games are Friday at 6, Saturday at 2 and Sunday at 2:30.

•Golf
The Tar Heel women are in action in the NCAA West Regional at Colorado National Golf Club. Play continues through Saturday.

•Tar Heels in the Pros
Ty Lawson dropped 32 on the Lakers last night. Game 7 is Saturday at 10:30 p.m. in Los Angeles.

Tyler Hansbrough and the Indiana Pacers face Miami on Sunday at 3:30 in the first game of that Eastern Conference semifinals series.

Kyle Seager is thriving for the Seattle Mariners.
